Booze mail! #BoozeMail The kind folks over at @wigglybridgedistillery were nice enough to send me a bottle of their dry gin. It's white whiskey based with a great floral flavor, but I also got some nice spicy notes from it as well. So because of that, I decided to go with a fresh ginger route. The amount of ginger you put in depends on how spicy you like your drinks. I tend to LOVE fresh ginger so I put quite a few slices in there. Ginger on the back end. Pear notes. Vermouth to round everything out. Cheers!
