A HOT day - run in to work, work - then off to @crossfit_noego to get the session done before coaching the three evening classes. 5 x 3 strict presses - happy with my form/tekkers for the 5 sets at 45kg (prob could have gone 5kg more tbh and still not lost form) then the WOD - 3rft 400m run then 20 hang power cleans, 20 push press - bar at 40/30. Happy with 13:52. Then I did 3rft of 10 wallballs, DUs, AMSU and a minute plank.
