Mug Cake Banana - Coco nut

Ingredients:
• 30 g QNT pancake mix (1 scoop)
• 60 ml milk
• 1 tablespoon powdered coconut
• 1/3 banana

Instructions:
• Cut the banana in small pieces
• In a mug, stir the pancake mix and the milk until combined
• Add the powdered coconut and stir
• Add the banana and stir slowly
• Cover with plastic wrap (suitable for the microwave)
• Microwave on 500W for 1:40 min or 600W for 1:20 min
• Take off the plastic wrap and enjoy
