Nate is having a good run on his novice LP. He pulled an easy set of 5 at 315 and is continuing to progress, we are excited to see where his LP ends.

Andrew squated 225 for 3 sets of 5. Not too bad for a guy who will be turning 59 in 6 weeks. Andrew squated 65 lbs day 1 and has seen great improvement in his overall health and quality of life as he has gotten stronger.
