You know when you eat something then immediately wish you could eat it again? That's me right now. Needed #allthecarbs tonight so made (approx) a serving of @ancientharvest red lentil pasta w. Shrimp, kale, mushroom + tomato and it seriously hit.the.spot. you guys 👅👅👅 was at the gym bright and early @ 6:30AM for a chest/ab circuit + 20 min cardio. Overall, super great day & we are half way through the week!
