Wanted to share what happened to me the other day. We came back from Colorado camped at over 10,500 ft to Kansas at about 2,300 ft. I know about High Altitude Sickness but didn’t know about Reverse Altitude Sickness. I got from sleeping took two steps and lost complete Consciousness. I fell into my Bull Elk mount. I got lucky I didn’t get hurt worse. I bruised up my ribs, knees and left arm. Take a look at this link. Be safe. http://www.koiyaki.com/reverse-high-to-low-altitude-sickness/ #sickness #careful #hurt #scary #colorado #kansas #elk #moutains

I haven't had any issues w/ altitude sickness this last week in Colorado, but about to drop it down real quick to Mississippi elevation 😂 thanks for the heads up 👍🏼@bellridgeoutdoors
