Hey mummies. Hope you had a great Monday. Do you over-complicate your breakfast? I hear all the time that people don't have time for proper breakfast. Just keep it simple. I make sure I include protein and veggies in my breakfast. Pretty much every day I have eggs for breakfast. If I have more time I have scrambled or fried eggs but if I'm in a rush like today I will just grab a boiled eggs from the fridge (I boil eggs for few days to make sure I always have some healthy protein option if I'm in a rush). I usually add spinach on my toast and tomatoes usually even won't make to the plate as I snack on them while waiting for my toast πŸ˜‰. Just keep it simple 😊.
