I can’t stress this enough, listen to your body, take the time to heal, rest when you need it and come back stronger.
Slipped disc and cut up hands made for a rough week. 
Within hrs of hurting my back I was in for a steam, massage and my 1st adjustment. Took the days needed to relax. Hit Epsom salt baths, heating pack and some gentle stretching...may have found some good meds left over from Curtis’ root canal too 😂🙈
After finally feeling 100% better I still kept my athletic therapy treatment at Collegiate Sports Clinic for not only a  full assessment but some information for back care to avoid future injury. 
This Momma and RMT needs her spine 😝
