My Client Amy PB'd on her Squats for reps this week.. she was Squatting her Body Weight for REPS. She also learnt to Deadlift after I broke down the movement pattern with her and tweaked some mobility/postural concerns. She's moving and feeling great, it's only up from here!
I can't wait to see how she goes with her new Program. I love working alongside women, teaching them to Lift and train like a Beast, it's the most empowering job in the 🌎 and I LOVE it!
