Bench press / KB Swings / Shoulder DB Press
1.5 Hours of Muay Thai (padwork, clinch and bagwork)
9 Min AMRAP (Deadlifts, Sledge Hammer and Box Jumps)
Core Finisher: Weighted Sit Up's and Leg Raises...
