today I was allowed to run 2km's ... times like these call for creativity in the exercise department ... I'm not going to let injury turn me into a couch potato ... my workout consisted of ... 1.5km walk { 1km row | 1km bike | 1km run } x 2 plus 1.5km walk ... I feel great that I've managed to get a hour of exercise in & burn just over 500 calories ... hello friday 😚

  4. runcarmyrun

I love my @cwx_aus ... my knees always feel good when I run in them @running_with_dumbbells

Injured? What happened? Have been so busy the last week, must have missed it?

  8. runbird72

I'm having a few issues with inflamed achilles @portfoliofoto so I've been ordered by my physio to cut back on the km's 😢

  9. cwx_aus

AMAZING ☆ @runbird72 maybe considering wearing full length compression tights that support and stabilise your calf /achilles to help reduce the risk of further injury :) ♡

  10. runbird72

oh I only ever wear full length when I run @cwx_aus my calves need all the support they can get 😊

  11. cwx_aus

Fantastic! (For some reason thought those were the 3/4 tights) :)

Ever tried the 2xu long compression socks @runbird72 ? I use them and recommend them to my patients? Great for foot and Achilles injuries.

  13. runbird72

yes I have a range of colours @rhiannonvhughes 😍 ... I don't run in them though only post run ... do you recommend running in them?

  14. rhivhughes

Absolutely. Just make sure they are the race or elite ones vs the recovery as different areas of compression :) Have a chat to your Physio about them too.
