🤦🏻♂️ There's too many girls performing these cable Squats attempting to build a bigger, firmer, and tighter booty but they're 'barely' scratching the surface with this particular exercise.
They're solely experiencing a 'cute, little, adorable pump' that'll benefit short term (1 hour of blood rushed to the Glutes), instead of long-term benefit (actually filling your Glutes with hard and dense muscles instead of temporary blood flow). If your face doesn't look like you're giving birth to a chipotle burrito then you're playing yourself.
Simply, add a @mbslingshot above your knees.
Add resistance by pushing out with your knees on the eccentric AND concentric portion of each squat!
❗️DO NOT LOSE/RELEASE THE TENSION ❗️
- You can get creative with your sets and add S/L Abductions as shown here!
I modified a simple Goodmorning with a Squat on the concentric portion of the movement.
☝️Make sure to expand your knees open to create more of a stretch in your hamstring and glutes during the squat portion of this movement!
