Really glad I got to go to @toppingsbath tonight to meet lovely @chefjeremypang from @schoolofwok and watch him make dumplings and cook Chinese Eggs from his new book Hong Kong Diner. Being half Chinese I’m pretty obsessed with dumplings and even though I teach making them @demuthscookeryschool I still learned some very clever useful tips tonight...😉The book is really enticing and I’m looking forward to vegging up the predominantly meaty dishes which as Jeremy said tonight, are all easily adaptable 👍🏼#HongKongstreetfood #chinesestreetfood #chinesecooking #chinesechef
