1 litre, water
fresh ginger sliced (around 5 slices) then diced
1 vanilla pod
2-inch cinnamon stick
1/4 cup, sultanas
2 cups, oats (steel cut) pinch of salt
3 bananas, sliced
1 cup #GRATITUDE
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a pot.
Bring to the boil and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Mix in the oats and salt.
Stir constantly for 4-6 minutes.
Add the bananas and cook for 2 more minutes.
Serve with your favourite nut milk and sweetener.

Cooking time 6 minutes
