Anyone else dealing with debilitating fatigue at the moment? Geez. It's one of the most difficult symptoms to explain because "everyone gets tired". But this is a different level of fatigue than most have ever experienced (talking about those who don't have Lyme).. it's being unable to lift your arm to brush your teeth, unable to stand long enough to take a proper shower or wash your hair. It's making yourself some food and being unable to move for the rest of the day.
And that's if you can even make yourself some food. Sometimes I don't even have energy for that!
Thankfully today I was able to heat up something to eat but I know that'll be the one and only thing I do today.
Debilitating Fatigue is real. It's intense. Frustrating. Uncomfortable. Isolating and straight up inconvenient.
But that's Chronic Lyme!
If you're on the same boat as I am today, just know you're not alone!
