The top one is your typical person saying they want to lose weight. All good intentions, but they lack consistency. They start the week out with a bang, maybe on the extreme side. Friday comes around and it's hard to maintain the consistency, they start eating a little more and Saturday they just let completely lose. Sunday they try to recover and then back to the drawing board. ---
The bottom scenario you have the person staying fairly consistent, and with controlled extra eating on the weekend. They will more successful by "sticking to it". ---
This makes a difference of 800 calories over a 7 day period. Multiply it by 4 (1 month) and you have 3200 calories (3500 calories = 1 lb of fat). ---
๐Ÿ—’โœ. It is important to note,ย  that how the calories are spread out over the week/days is not as big a concern as the overall average and staying within that deficit #. (I'll make an illustration)

Be wary, companies trick people into believing  certain foods are better than others by putting certain key words (low fat, low sugar, no sugar, GMO free, Vegan...and many more)

In this example you have Skippy Peanut Butter. One is Reduced fat the other is regular. As you can see the calories are almost the same. Most would think "Reduced Fat" is a better choice, but not really, you are still consuming around the same amount of calories which is a more dominant way to target weight loss. --- Some food for thought. ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ˜…

#2. Fit of your clothes! Do you feel you are ableย  to fit into a smaller dress ladies? For the men, does the shirt fit tighter in the arms or shoulders? Then you might be heading in the direction you want, just keep at it! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

#3. Weight being lifted. Even though the weight itself has been stagnant, you realize you are able to lift more A)WEIGHT, B) do more REPS with a given weight, C)or do more SETS. or even D)not need as much RECOVERY to finish the sets. All those are signs of progress. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ
