#didlift day, and back felt good today, no twinges anywhere. 
#deficitdeadlift top single 190kg, which moved way better than the normal 190kg last week.
Followed by 2x5 @170kg, first set my belt kept digging into my fat so it took about 50 seconds, 2nd set I just got on with it and took about 20 seconds.
Bunch of assistance work and going home happy πŸ’ͺπŸ»πŸ˜€

So first day of program leading into #britishpowerliftingunion finals turned into a complete disaster. Was really looking forward to what looks like a real full on program by @aw.performance.pt - lots of work - πŸ‘πŸΌ, but elbow pain kicked in far far worse then normal.
After 170kg single pain was so great I was hunched over on verge of tears - I consider myself to have a high threshold of pain - but today I bailed. 
Did some #legpress #reversecurls #sloweccentric curls to try and help my pain. 
Gutted, only saving grace was I did some squats and bench yesterday so hopefully not too much loss this early in cycle.
