So last #didlift after big #skwaats yesterday. I am exhausted now. Gonna make this deload count πŸ‘πŸΌ Weighed in at 100.7kg, stiff today due to being sat down at work for 2 days.

Stretched and mobilised as best as I could, videos shown,
Top single 200kg and 225kg.

Went for reps at 215kg but combination of elbows and back/hip flexor said NO. So just 2 wonky reps.

Considering number of weeks I have had to rest and recover due to injuries, the fact I am still slightly above last comp figures hopefully bode well, as so far I have always pulled/pushed more on the platform.

I was a bit apprehensive about #skwaats today as my #elbows are killing me at the mo'. Same happened today but a did a lot of pre and during self #physio on myself so just about got thru it.

Then 2x3 180kg, 1st set shown, 2nd rep went way too deep so happy with recovery on this.

Elbows started playing up a little which made #binch a little rough. 
#shoulders were incredibly tight after #skwaats so hit a top single 130kg on bench. Jumped up to 140kg but it wasn't happening today, failed twice but not overly unhappy as there were many factors that made this difficult today. 
Thanks to @percivaljames for the spot, looking huge man πŸ’ͺ🏻πŸ’ͺπŸ»πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ’₯πŸ’₯ Spent  2 days fitting new fence panels, which ended up finishing only a few hrs before this session, so shoulders haven't really had a break.

My transition from hole to initial #skwot phase is still not great, but that makes me feel more confident I might pull off a decent number at Finals.

Spent ages stretching and activating #glutes #hamstrings #lats managed to squeeze a painful 185kg #lowbarsquat out, but couldn't do any working sets after. 
This is meant to be my minimum starter at #bpufinals and ordinarily this would move well.

Weight wasn't an issue, but nerve like shock pain went thru my lower back starting on left side above glutes. This is becoming literally, a pain in the ass.
