ROUTINE: It's almost 10pm, I got out of work 10 minds ago after a 13 hour day and instead of going home I'm doing a gym session. It might be 20mins or an hour but I'll do something.
People often ask how I keep anyway healthy with the amount I work and the answer is simple, it's that I keep routine. It's flexible but I always get 6 training sessions in a week, it may be a run, gymnastics, gym or cross fit but I get it done and never drive past the gym after a day of work without going in. Start skipping and it is easy to lose a good habit 😊
