Sometimes the changes are so gradual you have to look at old photos to see the difference. In 2010, I had high cholesterol, drank excessively on weekends, and didn't really care for the foods I was consuming. Couple that with a sedentary lifestyle and it was a recipe for disaster. Fast forward to 2017. I found AdvoCare and that helped me drop the pounds quickly. I then found a passion for running and then later CrossFit and that has gotten me even further. I recently adopted a vegan diet and now I feel like superman. I set a PR for my 50 mile trail race last weekend. Something my 2010 Self would never thought possible. Hell, my 2010 Self couldn't even run around the block without stopping to walk. I'm living proof that you don't have to get worse as you get older. You can in fact get better, stronger, and faster.
