L.A. and Orange counties will experience morning fog that will leave a haze the rest of the day and keep temps in the upper 70s. The valleys and the Inland Empire will continue to be hot and sunny with highs in the low 90s. There will be fog and clouds in the morning at the beaches and then have a partly sunny afternoon with temps hovering in the low 70s.
