Sore as hell from this weeks training, but made it a hell of a bi/ shoulder day haha that was the least sore of all!
15 sets of laterals
4 sets of over head shoulder flys
10 sets of concentration curls alternating hammers and supine curls
3 sets of 100 reps alternating hammer and supine curls whatever I could manage lol
Machine unilateral bicep curls 3 sets of 20
Machine shoulder press 3 sets of 20 ▪️▪️▪️#callmedonaldpump
Body weight up to 225 and staying within reason will be adding and keeping tight till I can see 240 or so! Work time
