Been able to keep my physique really tight even though travelling/partying and not having a structured diet or counting my food intake every day. Since I've been tracking my food for years I generally can estimate what I take in by looking at foods and portion sizes. Counting macros/calories is always the most accurate and optimal way of dieting. The problem is though, it is not sustainable and doable for everyone depending on their goals and lifestyle. What is the "optimal" way by fact may not be optimal in real life situations because you may not be able to sustain it combining it with your personal life. It's all about finding out the ways that work for you and once you do, building your dream physique will be a lot more effortless and you won't constantly have to make "right or bad choices" because it's in your system, and it should be easily sustainable in the long run! For example, a person training/dieting 80% optimal but sticking to it everyday will make more progress than a person trying to train/diet 100% optimal but messes up once a week or is so crashed after a while that they complete stop the diet. Slow and steady wins the race ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ
