Cada mês no plano do @coachbueno o objetivo é diferente. Esse mês ainda é diminuir o % de gordura. Sim, mas você pode olhar e pensar: mas vai perder o que mais ai? Já tá seca! 🌵Porém para definir a musculatura e moldar o corpo, principalmente nas partes onde a gordura é mais difícil de sair, é preciso seguir um plano alimentar específico, junto com um treino de musculação e exercício cardiovascular.. portanto, para ser honesta, ainda tem alguma gordurinha apegada na região do abdômen e pneus traseiros 😛 essas são as partes mais difíceis de eliminar para mim 🥓🔥🏃🏽‍♀️
