#workoutwednesday already? Wasn't feeling weights today since I was pretty sore from yesterday's work out so thought I'd get some cardio in! YES you can do things outside of a treadmill/elliptical/bike!
Here's a quick circuit to get you started! ✔️jump rope w/knee highs: 1min
✔️box jumps: 15 reps
✔️TRX split jump squats: 10 each side.
Did this circuit as many times possible, no breaks for 10 min!
