When you buy gluten free food do you ask what's in it?
What is replacing the gluten?
It is definitely important as most gluten flours are replaced with even more sugar and often a 'gluten free' flour made from stuff that isn't so friendly on our guts. So if we're avoiding gluten to look after your belly you should probably be avoiding maize flour and rice flour which are usually the flours that make up the bulk of these gluten free flours.
Our Banana Bread is made from Teff, Buckwheat, Almond and Coconut and is Fermented/Soaked overnight to make it even more Friendly.
