Oct 21: Work appreciation post. I know not many people say this but, I absolutely love my job. Especially with faces like some of these. I love my decision to work with animals and help them reach their very best. I wake up every morning with a smile on my face going into work because I'm happy to be doing what I do. I'm happy to care for all these 4-legged kids as my own. Although I may have lost some of these kids, I realize that I have helped their quality of life be better through love and care. I've been so grateful for the opportunity to expand my horizons and learn rehabilitation and physical therapy for these dogs and I can easily say, I've found my dream field. .
With National Vet Tech Week coming to a close, I'm thankful for my fellow techs and doctors for always teaching me new things and learning from me as well. I appreciate all my fellow techs for their help and friendship. Even though we go home tired, bruised, scratched, smelly and hairy, we all love what we do and we could never see ourselves doing anything else. This type of attitude is what I'd love to be surrounded with forever. Happy Vet Tech Week everyone! 💕🐶🐱🐹🐰🐾 #veterinary#vettech#vettechweek#physicaltherapy #
