The fact is when you suck at an exercise, that’s a good thing because you won’t suck for long and when your front squat goes from working sets at 135 to 225, your training volume will double (without breaking your joints) and you’ll love me. Embrace the suck for now. In the world of lifting things up and placing them back down, the suck doesn’t last forever and the grass is always girthier when the suck fades away.
