In ❤ with the color I gave my client Jill last night! 😍😍 Formula: Bottom half of head was colored with Milk_Shake Semi Permanent Smoothies in colors 7.13 and 8.13 with Activating emulsion.Triangle sections on top were colored w/ Ligh Blue and 20vol Oxidizing emulsion and then back to back sections with Smoothies. Triangle Formulas: A) 7.43, 6.6 and Activating emulsion. Formula B) 6.43 and 7.13 with Activating emulsion and Formula C) 5.4 and 6.3 with Activating emulsion. All formulas had Color Split Additive in them.
When you color your own hair..... Formula: Root area semi-permanent Smoothies in 3N w/Activating solution. Mid to ends is 1 packet yogurt mask powder w/Direct Color Eggplant, Warm Brown and Cold Brown
After and Before work I did on my client Diane! I love these colors 😍😍 Formula: Top of head with sectioned into triangle sections and clipped away. Bottom half of the head was colored at the root area with 10-volume oxidizing solution and creative permanent color in 6.8, 5.88 and 5NN. Triangle sections on top where colored a true area with the same formula as I used on the bottom half of the head. Then I use three different formulas and colored the triangles back to back. Formula A)Semi-permanent Smoothies in 6.43 and 5.3 w/activating emulsion. Formula B)5.41 and 6.6 w/activating emulsion and Formula C) 7.13 and 8.33 w/activating emulsion. All formulas utilized color split color additive.
In LOVE with this color transformation I did yesterday with the help of my assistant Dominique @hairdonebydom. Here are some before and after pics! ✂️
Formula: I sectioned the top half of the hair into triangle sections.
The bottom half of the hair was colored at the root area with creative permanent color in 6.8 and 5N w/10volume oxidizing emulsion. The mid to ends was colored with Semi-permanent Smoothies in 6.13 and powder w/ Intensive Activating emulsion.
The triangles on top where colored with the creative permanent formula I used in the underneath section (only at the root area). I then used two different semi-perm formulas to lowlight with. Formula A)Activating emulsion w/ 6.3 and 7.33 and Formula B)6.41 w/Intensive Activating Emulsion. Both formulas utilized my new fav additive
I also added some highlights to this party. I used Ligh Blue Powder Lightener in 2 different strengths. One formula used 10-volume oxidizing Emulsion and the other formula used 20 volume oxidizing emulsion. I alternated the color and the Lightner in the Triangle sections. ✂️
This is the end result of my color creation from earlier today! I used a new color technique that I learned in a color class yesterday at Z.One Concept and I utilized the new product Color Split from Milk_Shake! (if you are a colorist, this is a color additive with a barrier effect that allows for overlapping of different shades without needing foils and without smearing or staining)
Formula: bottom half of the head was colored with semi-permanent smoothies in 6.41 and 5N with Intensive Activating Emulsion. The top half of the head was sectioned off into triangles. The triangles were then colored using formula a) 7.84 w/20vol, formula b)5.77 with blue intensifier and 20volume and formula c) 7.43 and activating emulsion
How gorgeous is the color combo I did for my client Rachel?! Formula: lowlights with 7.84 and 20volume oxidizing emulsion, smoothies semi permanent color in 7.43 and activating emulsion and another lowlight color using direct color in Copper. I also used Ligh lightener with 10volume Oxidizing Emulsion for some highlights. I colored around the foil using Milk_Shake Creative Permanent Color in 6.41 and 20volume oxidizing emulsion and processed everything together.
