When embarking on a fitness journey it’s important that you research a number of Elements to ensure Quality training where ?who ?and how?  you are going to train. 
Where will most people go?  The general public will tend to head for the big box gym, but if your looking for a trainer why choose there where the masses go. The best option is private training in a Private studio establishment. Theses trainers are focused on your goals. They do not have to fight to reserve kit for you to train on  with often 50 members at a time at peak periods . Look for a reputable trainer who asks the right questions and can deliver a training program that gives you the results you desire.  This  goes hand in hand with good nutrition. A good trainer should be able to give you nutrition guidance. 
How am I going to train?  will this be with a personal trainer? in a group training? or remotely on line? the first option , 
PT will always be the best it’s about you. Your program will be designed for you and your abilities. 
Group training you will have the support of a group and a trainer a cheaper but not less effective solution .
