It occurred to me to point out that doing an #exercise correctly, does not mean doing it perfectly... so I left a struggle in to show you. Watch my ✅ and I’ll explain below why correctly does not always equal perfectly. ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• ❌What's wrong with the first one? ❌ 👎🏼 Pushed feet off the mat.
👎🏼 Did not take time to engage my #powerhouse to find #balance . 👎🏼 Threw body back. 👎🏼Let go of #legs while overhead (🔑SUPER common habit!)
👎🏼 Bent legs when Balance wasn’t there vs. continuing to rock back until #core was engaged to help with #balancing

✅ What's right in the second one? ✅ 👍🏼 Lifted feet off the mat from the #abs 👍🏼 Took the time to find balance through the powerhouse. 👍🏼 Never loosened hand grip on the legs.

** It’s in the struggle and the bobbles That #transformation of the #body happens. It’s only because of them that the body learns what is being asked of it and is required of it in that moment. Embrace them! 😍
