Who doesn't love a good Poke Bowl!
Rainbow Stylin with this delectable array of healthy colours. I opt for the Quinoa base instead of rice but if I'm in need of a magnesium hit after Pilates I'll go for black rice. Next I add fish for lean protein, plenty of vege to get those colours and vitamins in that I sometimes miss out on in winter evenings when I often get cosy with my favourites brocolini and cauliflower.
