We all know the cocktail Dark’n’Stormy but have you tried our Light’n’Stormy? – with festive flavours this cocktail is inspired by our Remarkable Regional Rum range, here we use British West Indies XO Rum 43% it’s marriage of aged rum from two different distilleries representing the ‘British’ West Indies style of rum making. One distillery from Trinidad and the other from Four Square distillery on Barbados - Here’s the recipe for this zingy cocktail.
50ml Rum & Cane British West Indies XO Rum,
75ml light ginger beer
2 dashes of Chocolate bitters.
Method: Pour the rum over cubed ice filled glass, then the ginger beer, bitters and garnish with an orange slice.
