▫️Here’s a little triset combo I tried yesterday and I gotta admit it was awesome! Here we have the ab roller, mixed with pushups and barbell rows! .
▫️You’ll feel this ALL over .. the standing ab roller is a little tricky at first but just remember to not go super low like a typical ab roller exercise that you would do off the ground .. remember you’re standing so it’s a lot harder to pull the bar back! When you get to the bottom to do your push-up.. again remember to make sure the bar is stable before you press down so it doesn’t slip from under you! .
▫️if you’re ever in a time crunch, these workouts are the best! You crush multiple muscle groups at the same time and get a solid workout in! 🔥🔥

▫️Try this for 4 sets of 12 & for my more advanced athletes try it for 20.. the three exercises combined is one rep, so keep that in mind! .
