Had an awesome upper body workout with @keta_b_ yesterday- we hit mainly shoulders, some back (lats) and triceps. Videos are a few of our shoulder exercises - battery died so couldn’t get the rest!
I very very rarely workout with a training partner- but working with @keta_b_ yesterday was amazing! We have different styles of training and we merge the two! I can learn from her and her from me and she pushed me to get that extra rep, or be there to spot! If you are lacking motivation or feel you can be pushed- workout with someone who is better than you/on same level /same goals or get a personal trainer! We all need accountability and the extra push!
Video one- dumbbell shoulder press- 5 regular press, 5ingle press on each arm keeping non working arm extended , then 5 regular reps with two arms.
3D shoulder raises! - I stole this one from @breenamartinez - she did them on exercise ball which I will try next time- in the video here the bench was too high inclined for the next set we lowered the incline and I felt it more. Perform I, Y, T and V shaped raises to hit all areas of the shoulders. I will continue to do this to improve my form and work on mind muscle connection and time under tension to real target the specific muscles in each raise. .
Reverse seated shoulder press- focusing on targeting the rear delta- we went slow on downward phase of the exercise, again trying to improve the mind muscle connection . We did 2 sets with a weight where in the last 2 reps it was a struggle. On the third set we did a dropset/burnout !
Here we have a martial arts black belt lacking flexibility with tight and tender hips and he is also suffering with lower back pain. Coming back after a long season off the sport, @juggerneilo body was tight and immobile after one treatment of Fascial Stretch Therapy we were able to achieve a lot more mobility which was amazing to see. He now has his full range of motion back this will then increase his free flowing movement, speed and his power will be gratefully increased!!

The 2018 season is upon us/ if you are planing to compete this spring you should be practicing posing already. Posing is crucial to the bikini category. You may have the best physique backstage and in person but if you cannot present and accentuate your best features and angles on stage you will not place high. Too often I see girls post on ig pictures of themselves compared to pictures of category winner- claiming that they should have placed higher/ but competitions are not judged on pictures - for bikini category there is huge emphasis on presentation, poise, skin tone , make up and hair- aspects which are often neglected and will most definitely cost you your placing ! .
I have ample experience competing in both npc musclecontest and ifbb competitions. I have competed in California, Ohio, Vegas , Europe and Ireland - infront of national and international judges, including head ifbb pro bikini judge - sandy willamson. Let me help you show your best physique on stage. Also remember that musclecontest/npc bikini is very different to European ifbb bikini - bikini style and stage presentation and posing are very different. I have experience competing at both and can help you with both styles. .
