Back in summer a couple of weeks into my cut.
It's crazy looking back at pictures, in my opinion it's very important because you see yourself in the mirror everyday, you never know how much you've improved until a comparison is made
200x8 deficit deads FT the fattest ankles ever. These are harder than they look😷 20kg and a rep gained on this set from the last rotation.. and every other set of the session beaten. Eat your meals, be consistent and rest a lot.. it really is that easy🙌
Don't ever give up. Don't let frustration knock you down. Don't let fear stand in your way. Don't let time get in your head. Who cares how long it takes or how many times you try. Your only competition is yourself. And when you finally succeed, the strugle will all be worth it...💯
Got this confidence boost.😁 Was thinking if I should share this or not..🤔 But I think I should, because this is my progress. Every step I'm closer to my goals and this just shows how much work I put in. I'm doing the best I can, working on myself on my own. One day everything will change and I will be able to see much bigger transformations. But for now I'm happy with what I see so far and proud of myself for slowly giving up my fears and doubts, and geting out of my own shell..😊
Last pictures I'll be posting on this bulk until I'm a little leaner. Made a lot of improvements so far this year but a lot more to be made(back width, hamstrings, arms, shoulders.)
Log book purchased today so going to be training way more optimally now, and more so for hypertrophy than strength(whilst still continuing to progress with weight/reps/sets on a weekly basis)
I’ve had many roadblocks but I’m also doing this since I’m 14, so I’m well familiar with patience and humility towards my progress.
Always stay your course regardless of how it stands to others or if it’s not the quickest route.
4 weeks to get me back to where I was, it didn’t take anything but doing what had to be done and letting the rest happen 💯
