Over and over again I get asked why I am doing this... well it’s super simple for me. 1 is I like to workout. So why not try to do something extreme just as I’ve done my whole life in sports. This sport has pushed me to the limit more than anything in my life. These 3 months I have seriously poured everything into this 1st prep... but this is just the start. #11daysout
I've been asked a lot lately if I've been lonely the last two months.
...Holy shit no.
I have not had a SINGLE day to myself since my breakup. I am by nature a busy body and I think I naturally fill up my schedule or else I feel like I'm being lazy 💩 I actually need to work on not being so hard on myself. Which includes allowing myself a day off now and then. I train clients 7 days a week. I've been on prep since July which means I've stuck to a strict meal plan and workout schedule for 19 weeks now. That's why I took the time to go to Dallas, and I'm going to go visit @megmo7 in FL and then see my family back in Boston. If I'm home I don't allow myself days off, so I'm giving myself the freedom to take some vacations so that I can breathe and enjoy being around friends and family that I don't get to see often. And I love every single one of my friends that I choose to spend my time with. This year I honestly have met some of the most wonderful and supportive humans on the planet, I mean that. But man, I am excited beyond words to finally live by myself again. 🤗
Tuesday transformation. What does bodybuilding mean to you? When you hear the words. Many things come up to mind. To me it’s about bettering myself. Pushing myself. Proving to ME that I can beat the person I was last year. Looking forward to setting foot at Excalibur @musclecontest to grace that stage in style with @bobbyy_t. To finally feel the reward of our hard work. Many hours in the gym, sweating, grimacing & yes even crying all for that strive for victory. Essa primeira foto é logo após o rebote de 3 dias comendo só lixo depois que competi no @mrcabofrio , confesso que já tinha desistido de ir pró sul brasileiro mesmo com já tudo pago, fiquei desanimado e triste, estava sem saber oq fazer na dieta, fiquei sem cabeça e perdido! Mas na segunda feira pós campeonato, entrei em contato com o @darlanfurtado e entramos em um acordo, ele propôs me treinar e fechamos a parceria, em 13 dias seguindo na risca, com apenas 1 dia de refeed, meu shape mudou absurdamente (ao meu ver, minha opinião,blz?) agora temos mais 11 dias pela frente, e eu estou focado, determinado a encarar esse desafio, eu vivo isso, respiro isso. Passei por momentos difíceis e pensei em desistir, mas aí eu estaria deixando para trás minha família, minha namorada e o pessoal que está comigo nessa caminhada, prometo nesses 11 dias dar meu máximo e como o Darlan fala, sangue nos olhos! Vamos pra cima, agora falta poouuco!
Trying to find something inspiring to say and all I have is a bunch of random thoughts, thanks carb depletion. So legoooo:
1. Muscles are crazy awesome
2. Strong is sexy, loving yourself is sexy, being kind is sexy
3. Donuts are pretty fucking amazing(from what I remember 🤔). Puppies are the best tho, it's just science. ❤️🐶
4. Mindset is everything, you have the choice to be happy or sad. Decide.
5. Everyday might not be good, but there is good in everyday

11 DAYS OUT till the @wbff_official Atlantic City...I can't believe we've almost reached the single digit countdown! I woke up this morning feeling super watery and less defined than usual but I didn't let it get me down. Some days we'll wake up feeling our best and other days we'll wake up feeling not so great. The important thing is that we stay consistent and keep pushing. Success doesn’t come from motivation; success comes from the desire to truly change. 💪👠🙏❤️

I still get a little nervous every time I'm programmed to deadlift 600# but it's starting to look like I've gotten through that questionable phase.. here's 600x2 from last week .. locked my knees a little early on that second but we khemmin ..one more heavy deadlift session with the boys this week and then it's rest time #11daysout

Obwohl ich momentan für meine Verhältnisse echt viele Kohlenhydrate bekomme - 146 Gramm um genau zu sein - und mein Cardio nur noch 250 Kalorien pro Tag verbrutzelt, bleibt mein Gewicht gleich.⚖
Auf diese Erkenntnis habe ich erst mal meine Mahlzeit mit Fisch🐳, Kürbis🎃, Avocado🥑, Brokkoli und Blumenkohl verdrückt.😂 Jetzt sollte ich zumindest Power🔋🔌 für das Po- und Rückentraining haben🏋️♀️.
