160kg x 3 Conventional deadlift PB at 59kg bodyweight.
Absolutely hate conventional deadlifts so its nice to see were starting to get along. Speed is so much better off the ground, its coming, slowly😂
145kg x 8 at 59kg bodyweight. Raw with wraps.
Genuinely really happy with this, running off minimal sleep and pretty much fumes calories wise, forgot my favourite wraps, the @cerberus_strength elite ones, and still managed a 3 rep PB. Sometimes youve just gotta dig deep and scream your way through some reps!
