So what about burning calories? Seriously, how does she stay lean and stay so thin? It depends a lot on what she’s eating, and how much exercise she gets. The golden rule of metabolism is that if energy consumption (calories) and energy production are equal, overall weight will stay the same. Weight loss occurs when the amount of energy the body expends is greater than the amount of energy the body consumes. If the body consumes more calories than it burns, those calories are converted into energy and stored as fat. Seems pretty simple. Training Bikini Competitors a coach must understand their lifestyle, work ethics and most importantly keep their health always in mind. I like to get my Bikini Competitors early so we can get to lose body fat at a steady rate loss. When calculating a caloric base for a competitor or just a fitness client I take a lot of things into perspective and see what best suits them to get them to that level that they want to achieve. With competitors we have to take training regimens, diet and cutting phases and input them into our game plan and know when to tweak and when to manipulate them when one plateaus. EATING IS EVERYTHING!!! I Was doing 6 meals per day but now my work activity has gone up so my calorie intake goes up. Being up from 6a - 12a and training clients all day long not getting home till 10p at night takes a toll on my body so I try to sneak a 30 min - 40 min nap if I'm lucky during the day. So now I'm at 7 meals per day trying to eat every 2-3 hours. High Quality Foods and High Protein avoiding dairy products in my game plan. Did a 6 mile Fasted morning jog (51 min.) today on the beach with a little workout at our condo. I Love what I do so I do it even when I'm on vacation 💪🏽 My nutrition is on point and so is my training. I train to be stronger mentally while physically getting stronger. You want to know why You don't see results from working out ? I see many people that do this. STOP!!!! People tend to binge. Even good healthy food can and will make you gain fat if you don't burn the calorie intake that your intaking on a daily basis. Are your macronutrients targets inline with your goals? Are you meeting your nutritional needs? Many people want to get a nice body or just get healthy but have no idea how important nutrition is, in order to get that nice body.
