Why there’s no such thing as a hypertrophy(muscle building) rep range! 💪🏿
It does not matter what reps you choose on an exercise if you progressively overload whilst producing enough metabolic fatigue BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY get STRONGER your building muscle!
Performance based goals are the number 1 way to build you the muscle and body you want! Not getting a pump! Putting more weight on a bar is a guaranteed way of getting bigger.
But if your going into the gym and just lifting weights hard thinking that’s going to get you jacked your wrong! More then likely your pushing it to hard not recovering properly and not growing as much as you could be in a given week!
