Well on my way to squatting 405 lbs by 2018 👍🏼 Today's squats after building up:
365 lbs x 3, 2, & 1 with a drop to 335 lbs for 3. Followed by 315 lbs for 8, 225 lbs for 8 (slow AF), and 135 x 8 (slow AF) x 2
Some days just don't feel right!
But should that be my excuse for failing? NO
Today was about my stance in training! I've changed from normal stance to prevent bending of the lower and drive more with my hips by altering to a wider stance. Yes I was warned by my coach that alterations comes with a price but then again I was to excited to just maneuver this #365lbs again.
So homework again! More stretches again!
Sounds like a school day but only true repetition my body will get it correct !

Cold running down my nose and vapor rub on my chest ! Only thing on my mind is I have to get this #365lbs weight moved!
