1 Month Progress!
(I forgot to pull the shorts up when I took the progress photo 🤦🏻♂️ lol)
This is where the mind battle usually happens. My thoughts prior to seeing these photos are: Excited to see progress, but unsure if I did the best I could. I'll tell you one thing for sure; This is the most consistent and dedicated I've been in a year. I have hit the gym 2-3 time a week for the last month, and meal prepped 3 out of the last 4 weeks! Very happy about the consistency, but I'm well aware I can do even better! So I have things to celebrate and improve on!👏
I'll tell you one thing vulnerably, and it's what I've witnessed with my own clients, which is the case of, "I don't see significant results." I look at these photos seeing one thing, yet feeling another. I barely see a difference, which can be disappointing, but I know I must keep going. What I do feel though, is that I'm growing stronger, my recovery time has gotten faster, and I'm excited about living a healthier lifestyle. That's the fuel I'm going to use to fan this flame 🔥
Sometimes you won't see immediate results, but you gotta keep going. I believe in that, because this is usually the stage where I would give up, have a few cheat meals per week yet again, and start over a month later. Not this time. I'm going to keep going. I didn't come this far just to play games. I want this, and I'm going for it. This body I've been given is the only place I have to live in, and this vessel belongs to God, so I will take care of it, and even step up my game for this 2nd month. Let's go 💪🔥
