Cycle 2 Day 27 of @thebodycoach 90 Day SSS: Rest day today but still up at the crack of dawn. Still sorting out the new house and buying things for it which meant loads of walking which was great. Knees are heavy and a bit sore from the past 2 days of HIITs but nice to be feeling the benefit from it. Got my days mixed up and figured tomorrow isn’t the weigh in, but Thursday, so can still squeeze a HIIT in before the big day! I’m going to give 40:20 a go tomorrow and see what happens. I’ve got not a lot to lose because I know I can do 35:25, and I want to see how those extra 5 seconds go. If it’s anything like when I started 35:25 then it’s going to feel like a lifetime but going to get through it no matter what. Breakfast: Raspberry & Coconut Smoothie (which I hope I can have on Cycle 3 as I really like it). Lunch: Bubble & squeak, Dinner: Chicken Balti with Snack 1 of Pumpkin seeds, and for dessert a Protein shake (Strawberry is just as bad as pistachio so can’t wait to get rid of it). Positive points: I checked back on my start photos and end of cycle 1 photos today and you can really notice something. Any my curry was amazing. Negative points: knees are twitchy and I hope that doesn’t get in the way of tomorrow. Lunch: Bubble & squeak, Dinner: Chicken Balti with Snack 1 of Pumpkin seeds, and for dessert a Protein shake (Strawberry is just as bad as pistachio so can’t wait to get rid of it). This ended up being a bit of a naughty soup (in #joewicks eyes anyway) but it's Tomato and Chorizo from Aldi, so obviously the sugar is a little higher but it's all tracked on #myfitnesspal . C1D16 Tried to be organised last night and made some RC oatmeal bites, had this morning with a dollop of yogurt(I didn’t use from my allowance last night) a few sneaky raspberries and a smidge of honey, ok not gona lie it wasn’t a bacon butty and I did have to really try to get the first few mouthfuls down, but after that it wasn’t too bad. Had a mega busy weekend doing family stuff and Christmas shopping and ended up eating out quite a few times. Tried my best to make good choices, don’t think I did too bad (mainly chicken salads in one form or another) but a few rogue chips may have slipped in.... totally accidentally! Normally if I’d eaten out I’d have said sod it and eaten whatever I wanted and probably thrown in a pud for good measure but I didn’t πŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ’ͺ🏼 and nothing else naughty even came close to sneaking in. So I gave this new strange phenomenon a try yesterday at @exerceotraining , I wanted to see what all the hype was about and it sure is a killer and very interesting! I’m going to be doing a blog on it so keep your eyes peeled! πŸ‘€

The way it works is by wearing a suit that sends electrical impulses into your muscles, meaning your muscles are working incredibly hard and your literally at your max when your lifting about 2kg πŸ˜‚It stimulates the deep muscle layers too, which are hard to reach in normal training - it’s an interesting one. EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) training⁉️πŸ’₯πŸ˜† β€’ So I gave this new strange phenomenon a try yesterday at @exerceotraining , I wanted to see what all the hype was about and it sure is a killer and very interesting! I’m going to be doing a blog on it so keep your eyes peeled! πŸ‘€ β€’ The way it works is by wearing a suit that sends electrical impulses into your muscles, meaning your muscles are working incredibly hard and your literally at your max when your lifting about 2kg πŸ˜‚It stimulates the deep muscle layers too, which are hard to reach in normal training - it’s an interesting one. Breaking my usual habits today! I recently bought this journal from @notestoselfjournal but left it until after the move to get stared with it. Loving it so far! It’s getting me motivated and making me think about what actually matters. I’ve deffo got my arse in gear so far today, I chose to get up at 5:45 before the twins so I could have a shower, get dressed and fill in some of todays section. 
Also I’m giving 16:8 a go. Going to have my eating window as between 12-8pm which means no coffee until 12!! 😱 Sure I can do it just need to break the habit! Giving it a go as my 2 danger times foodwise are when the twins have their morning nap (9-11am) and when I’m watching tv in the evening (8pm onwards). By not allowing myself to eat in these hours I’ll hopefully cut out most of the crap. It’s just my beloved mornings lattes I’m going to miss! However I do drink far too much coffee so it’s probably for the best! β˜•οΈ
