My constituent from Needles sent me this picture showing the stark contrast between California and Arizona gas prices (pictured on the right). This gas station in Arizona is only five minutes away. How can California stations even compete? #ad33
Happy 242nd Birthday to the United States Navy. "It follows then as certain as that night succeeds the day, that without a decisive naval force we can do nothing definitive, and with it, everything honorable and glorious."

It was great to be part of another record setting day out at Victorville's Fall Festival. What a wonderful. opportunity to enjoy time with the family, be with neighbors and see all the great things our desert has to offer. #ad33#ourcommunity

It was my honor to recognize Jason Kleber from Canyon Ridge High School as outstanding teacher of the month. Teaching is a critically important profession and I commend Jason for making such a positive impact on his students. #ad33#teacherofthemonth
Finished AD33! WOW, what a book! Do you know the feeling when you were so invested in the story( for the duration of two books, GAH I love book series), so attached to the characters, going through the emotional roller coaster of happy, sad, exhilarated, devastated, celebrating the victories and getting so annoyed by all the treachery and literally back stabbing.
So then, uhm the story is over and you feel so empty lol and alone.
Great characters, great story line, written very completing.
I always felt sucked into the story, like I was a part of it, every time I opened this book. ( you like in cartoons or sci-if movies, haha)
I loved meeting Yeshua in those pages and getting an idea( even if it's fiction writing) of what it must have been like to hang out with him.
Also loved the fact that when part of then I kept were mentioned as a story, it was very comforting. Also like this is a true story and you get the confirmation that it all really happened. ( I hope I am explaining it well enough). Grab AD30 and AD33 and dive into the story.
35/60 A.D. 33. by Ted Dekker. This is the sequel to A.D. 30 that I recently reread. Maviah has gathered a band of followers and now truly is queen of the desert. Will her faltering faith in Yeshua be enough to save her son? #bookstagram#2017reads#ad33#teddekker

It was my pleasure to recognize Sunset Hills Children's Foundation as my 2017 Nonprofit of the Year. They have done a tremendous job awarding college scholarships to children who have unexpectedly suffered a tragic loss. #ad33#nonprofitoftheyear
