A new Gregorian Year is here and time for renewal and letting go of any and everything and anyone from the past that is no longer serving a benefit to us now. Benefits can be either physically, emotionally, financially, mentally or spiritually.
If you are carrying around possessions, ideals, people, philosophies or even your own attitude that isn't or hasn't been serving you as an asset then its a liability and should be dropped without looking back.
The philosophy "Take No Prisoners" was from the early African conquests when militaries would invade enemy territories and capture combatants and some civilians and use them as labor to rebuild the city but these prisoners could eventually gain their freedom. However there is always a risk with taking prisoners...they could cause a rebellion, assimilate into society and cause subversion from within....the more influential prisoners could convert military soldiers into sympathizers and destroy the civilisation.
Prisoners represent the past...anything from the past that you may have conquered but still carry with you. Those very same things you've conquered can come back to destroy you without careful expulsion. And we carry ideas, things and people for a myriad of reasons but the end result is the same.
People always ask me "Abunu why don't I ever hear from you?" And quite bluntly I respond that you aren't that relevant in my life right now. Of course I will "check up" on your welfare from time to time but anything more than that will require you adding value to my life.
Go into 2018 with a "Take No Prisoners" attitude and watch the transformation take place once you make room for new energy (nunergy) to come into your life! 💪👑
What you give to others, you give to yourself. Giving from a place of being concerned with the happiness of others is a reflection of how we see and love ourselves. Cheerful givers have a way of getting more in return because at the heart of their giving, they do things that others can not pay them back for.

I don’t know about you, but every day I need something to look forward to.
Small things, like a fresh cup of coffee out of my new tumbler from my Ninja coffee machine.
And I even look forward to checking out the “behind the scenes” Insta/FB stories of some of my favorite gals.
I noticed the gals on Instagram & FB who I adore the most are the ones who unapologetically are just themselves.
Here are some of my fav gal pals who I follow and whom inspire me daily.
And you’re welcome🙋♀️
