I recently bought "The Monster At The End Of This Book" for my kids. It's obviously a lot of fun seeing them get enjoyment out of something I LOVED as a child, but my wife pointed out how it might have influenced me as a creative professional. Besides the cartoony look, it also breaks the fourth wall and is aware that it is a book. I do this whenever I can. I have an ad point out it is an ad. I love when a thing is aware it is a thing and talks about it.
This was the #poster work that I had done few years back for a spice company. Looking back now, I am wondering why I didn't use sexy men lips instead of the women's lips. Considering our target audience were women. BTW this work didn't get clients approval.
