First #chest & #backsession done training all body parts twice a week now feeling #pumped some nice heavy #rackpulls its nice to start lifting heavy again and after spending so long on #prep#strength getting back up. Even my bicep tendonitis behaved tonight thanks to @pt_dora streching exercises she gave me onwards and upwards now.
Back on it with a Back, Bi's & Tri's session this morning!
I've had a very inactive and quiet few days due to heartburn plus extreme hay fever symptoms which have had me in agony with a sore throat and earache as well as the inability to breath through both nostrils at the same time. I'm not entirely sure if the pollen is worse this year or it's due to the fact I'm on different tablets this year due to my pregnancy!
Made it back into the gym this morning though and feeling not to bad apart from needing to blow my nose...a lot! I've cut me weights down to a 3 day split as I tire more easily now so hopefully I make it in for all of my sessions this week.
Back to work today after 2 weeks off i don't mind really as need to get back into my routine. New training plan starts today as well where back and legs gonna be smashed twice a week time to put on some size ready for next year.
