Gloomy Sunday in this eastern wonderland. Hands down one of my favourite brunch spots.
Still frothing over my chamomile custard-soaked French toast, spiced berries, blood orange, candied orange cream and pistachio fairy floss. Paired up with 5senses’ equally delectable washed heirloom Ethiopian filter displaying creamy and floral notes.
An ideal recipe for a lazy and chilly Sunday indeed. - Admire that sexy hydra -
Today was about all things safety at Knox Ozone for their Community Safety Emergency Services Expo. Boronia, Bayswater, Ferntree Gully and Scoresby brigades turned out, alongside their emergency service colleagues @victoriapolice and @vicsesnews. Our Firefighters, Captain Koala and Firefighter April all did a brilliant job of teaching the community about preparing for the fire season ahead of us. Thank you to all who came down to today’s event! 🚒
