HEALTH TRIVIA OF THE DAY: "URIC ACID"
Mejo mahaba pero it is worth reading:) Ano ba yung uric acid?
Uric acid is a waste product when there is breakdown of purines. Marami kang cells so marami kang dna so marami kang purines so bawat segundo may uric acid na output sa katawan mo.
↪So kunyare you ASKED ME WHY:
So normally URIC ACID to UREA to URINE.
What you do is boost his liver health so he can efficiently convert and excrete excessuric acid sa body. Bonus pa is when you make the liver healthy, happy rin si kidney.
Being HEALTHY is not about the weight you lose, it's about the life you GAIN👊
Here's me with my 4th baby (👶🏻not looking too happy about our selfie😆). I felt super healthy throughout my full termed pregnancy with him and I'm feeling super duper healthy now at 3 months postpartum. I'm not perfect by any means and this is not a post about vanity, but more about being able to feel like myself again much sooner this time around after having a baby. It took me about 2 years to feel like myself again after my 2nd baby (not really after my 1st baby since they are really close in age). And maybe a little after a year with my 3rd baby. •
Grateful for the health program I discovered after my 3rd baby...it helped me gain myself back sooner and be able to handle so much more now than I ever did...and that's me closer to the big 4-0 too!! 😵
Don't ever let age, babies, or anything else deter you from feeling healthy, young, and alive!!! Take care of YOU. Love YOU. And be YOU. 😘😘😘
Spent a few hours this afternoon to meal prep for the next few weeks. Yes I said weeks! Planned some frozen-friendly meals that would last until next week since I know I'll have no time to really prep much. I have a few crock pot meals finishing up and some chicken cooked and some stuffed turkey burgers also cooked.
CONFESSION: I always sample my food, like one should. Well I sampled chicken and possibly several shrimp before I realized I'm still on the cleanse through tonight. #oops
So reminder to self: don't plan a cleanse that overlaps an extensive meal prep day. Luckily I wasn't cooking desserts 😂😂😂
