The seedlings line is ahhhhmazing, every night I make sure to massage my little bub with young livings Baby oil WHICH is formulated without alcohol, parabens, phthalates, petrochemicals, animal-derived ingredients, synthetic preservatives, synthetic fragrances, or synthetic dye. This calms little man down and he knows it’s time for bed!
Today was P.A. Day so I wanted to serve a delicious and nutritious lunch for my boys. 🍳I made a zucchini quiche with sweet peppers and Parmesan cheese. You could add tomatoes instead of the peppers. 🍳This recipe also has quite a few egg whites to make it fluffy and light. It was a hit and it disappeared quickly from the dish.

The month of September's almost gone but I still have some time to raise awareness on PCOS.
For those who didn't know, September is PCOS awareness month.
Perhaps some if you didn't know there was a month dedicated to this condition. But for some, the condition in itself remains a mystery.
PCOS stands for Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. It’s not a disease: it’s a syndrome. The difference between a syndrome and a disease lies in the fact that a syndrome is a collection of symptoms. It may not necessarily be a disease in itself, but it can precipitate one. For example, women with PCOS have an increased risk of developing diabetes type II. A syndrome is often a warning or an indication that something in your body’s not working properly. In our case, PCOS underlies a hormonal disorder. An imbalance in our reproductive hormones such as progesterone and estrogen is thought to be the cause of it. It’s often genetic too.
PCOS is a condition in which multiple cysts grow on your ovaries. These cysts are usually benign masses; they’re sacs full of fluid that can also erupt, causing pain.
Symptoms vary from woman to woman but here’s a non-exhaustive list of some signs and symptoms a PCOS “cyster” (friendly name :)) may experience. -Irregular menstrual cycles
-Women facial hair on the face **It’s called “hirsutism” and affects up to -70% of women with PCOS (yup, you’re not alone)
-Acne on the face, chest, and upper back
-Thinning hair or hair loss on the scalp
-Weight loss struggle

Je me suis documenté le plus que je pouvais et je n'ai pas terminé d'apprendre.
J'en suis à ma 3 ième semaine et je vois déjà une différence sur tout ! Mais le changement que je remarque le plus est niveau concentration et énergie. Je suis une fille qui est distraite très facilement , le moindre bruit me faisait dériver de ce que j'étais entrain de faire. Mais depuis 2 semaines je vois que je suis capable de plus "focuser " surtout quand je lis ( c'était l'enfer !! Lire 5 X une ligne à cause des bruits qui étaient autour de moi 😫). C'est pourquoi je suis siiii motivée à continuer ce mode de vie qui est pas mal moins difficile à suivre que ce que je pensais. Je vois du positif sur ma santé et c'est une grosse motivation pour moi !! Pas toujours facile c'est vrai Mais la détermination est plus forte que les tentations. 👉 Mon conseil --> Avant d'effectuer un changement dans votre vie, assurez-vous de trouver LA RAISON qui vous motivera à continuer malgré les jours difficiles. 👑
Started a new chapter of my life on January 17, 2017. That was the day that my grandmother passed. While I was standing there holding her hand as she took her last breath, I literally felt as if I had lost my best friend, my #1 supporter, my confidant... but then I remembered everything she taught me and how she pushed me to go after my dreams. How does your body run better? With key nutrients? Without irritants? Keep guessing. You may have to keep guessing for a bit because few people ever get to B5 and coenzyme A... but without them, any nutrients you take in - carbs, fats, protein wouldn't be burned as fuel for your body. One avocado provides you with half your body's needs for B5 (aka pantothenic acid). So while we love it for its smooth, delicious taste and healthy fats, avocado should be on our grocery list more often to help power our better metabolism and energy.

I so love this cause being healthy is not determined by the number on the scale or what size you are.
