As I'm setting up for back-to-back consults today, I'm thinking about how I got to this point. Never, in a million years, did I think I'd have people coming over to my house for ME to do their makeup and help them feel beautiful. "Quiet Kaylla," is what they called me in high school. Introverted, secluded and shy. Not to mention, I wore my brothers' clothes to school more than not and the most makeup I wore most days was mascara.
So, how did I end up here?
It all started with the desire to take better care of my skin, feel confident and try new things! I realized that my "comfort zone" was getting me nowhere in life! That "zone" was only holding me back from my full potential and dreams!
So, I learned to be BOLD, take chances and toss comfort zones to the curb! I'm having the time of my life and making dreams, realities.
No matter what it is in life, YOU CAN TOO. All it takes is a single moment of boldness and turning hopes into ACTION. #limelightbyalcone#takeaction#boldness#bebold#makeup#makeuptutorial#makeupartist#makeupjunkie#professionalmakeup#workfromhome#consult#consults#directsales#networkmarketing#dreamer#mattelipstick#liquidlipstick

Have you had some recent successes that have increased your confidence? Can you brag, "I'm doing it my way"? Did you ever think you would enjoy being in a leadership position? The new level of independence and authority that you have achieved will pull the Two of Wands out of the Tarot deck and drop it into your reading. This card is confirmation that you are on a winning streak that is based on a belief in yourself and will continue as long as your original approach continues to solve problems for you and those around you.
A man in a distinctive hat stares out into the bay from the top turret of his castle. The sky is gray but the landscape over which he towers is lush. He holds a globe in his right hand and a walking stick, or wand, in his left, set firmly above his floral-bedecked coat of arms. Behind him another wand is mounted to the parapet.
Wands represent creativity. That this man is holding onto one and has another wand mounted in reserve show that he has backup plans that stem from his independent vision. His distinctive cap reminds us that he is fearless when it comes to appearing just how he pleases. The globe in his hand is the anomaly in an otherwise Medieval-based scene. He stands alone knowing that the world is round, that there are untapped riches beyond the bay in the distance. He alone has the foresight and his wands are the manifestation of what he can achieve with this powerful and unique vision

《 these were the good days. Not a care in the world... her boldness has grown since. She does not let anyone take that away from her. She follows her own heart even when the world screams no. She is who she is because of herself, her boldness, confidence, strength and integrity has built her. She will not let anyone take that away from her. Absolutely no one. 》
Yes, sometimes I can be angry when telling the truth and I only get angry and worked up when it's clear that a person will not listen to the truth or what I'm saying and it's because I love and care about that person that is why I get angry when they don't listen. But, most of the time what I say is a gentle response and people still take it the wrong way. As an Aspie and as a Christian, I have to be honest, I don't like to lie to people. Lying is wrong. Of course I don't sit there and call people names or cuss or anything so I'm not lacking a filter that regard, but I lack a filter in what is deemed socially inappropriate and what is not. Even if I do lack a filter, even if I'm bold when speaking about my faith and there's nothing you can do to make me shut up about it, it doesn't change the truth. Truth is still truth whether you like hearing it or not. And truth sounds like hate to those who hate truth. The first person to pull the "judgment" card is always the one who is guilty because while they have one finger pointing at me, they have 3 fingers pointing back at them. I tend to only get blocked when speaking biblical truth and people get offended. Sorry for getting angry sometimes when telling you the truth but that's what happens when I feel like you don't care about your relationship with God and you don't listen to what I have to say. If I didn't love you and care about you, I wouldn't speak up at all. Your best friend is the one who tells you the most truth, biblically speaking. #Bold#Boldness#Faith#Christian#Faith#LackingAFilter#Honest#Honesty#Truth#Aspie#Aspergers#Autism#AspieGirl#Jesus#Christ#JesusChrist#God#JesusIsGod#ILoveYou#SoIWontLieToYou#ChristianLove
[Woman. There is splendour in your bones, life in your veins, warmth in your heart and power in your stance. Be neither discouraged nor disappointed by what you are, even if days bring their fair share of wear. Your beauty lies not in what entice the human eye, but it lay in the gentleness of your words; the strength of your compassion; the laughter in your assurance; the tenderness of your touch and the boldness of your defiance. You are to be celebrated by yourself and by the hands that made you. You are not to be diminished or ridiculed. But you are to stand in the light of who you truly are, the reflection of a heart that nurtures, encourages and loves. Woman you are.]
