Thank you Leo and @jacobsfarmca for fixing our well! This is huge for us, our last well "old faithful" had too many issues. Not enough pressure, too much pressure, and sometimes would just decide not to work for days at a time. We couldn't be more grateful!!

Despite the crazy heat waves and cucumber beetle invasion, our beans are pulling through and popping off flowers like crazy! I thought these were Scarlet Runner beans, but now I'm thinking they're Borlotti or Dragon Tongue beans... that's what you get for not labeling your seeds I guess. Either way, they're pretty! 😍
Trying my hand at making green walnut liquor. The one English walnut tree at @kingandkingranch is possibly around 100 years old and is covered in a beautiful crop this year. Hi there. Mary and I are obsessed with this lemon ginger @zegosnacks and feel like shouting it from the roof tops! The flavor of this bar is dynamite and we love that it is free of Dairy, Gluten, Grains, Soy, Eggs, GMO’s and Nuts. Oh, and that it is protein rich and not too sweet. Our friend, @colleen0467, the brilliant formulator, invited Mary and me, as well as our co-worker at Ornish, Dennis Malone, to be in on the last round of taste testing. Dennis suggested adding Boyajian’s pure lemon oil and that was pure GENIUS. Thank you Dennis! That lemon oil popped the flavor right out of the park:) I think we got it right... a balancing act of fresh ginger, lemon essence and black pepper. Let us know what you think….
